3	c	Whole kernel corn
1	c	Chopped red pepper
1	c	Chopped onion
1/2	c	Cider vinegar
6	tb	Sugar
2	ts	Salt
2		Minced jalapeno chilies
1/2	ts	Cumin

In 3-quart microwave-proof bowl combine: Cover with plastic, vent. Microwave on HIGH 8 minutes, stirring once. Spoon into four 8-ounce jars. Tighten lids of jars; chill. Makes 4 cups. Store in refrigerator.
